Wild garlic has incredible health benefits. It is known to be antibacterial, antiviral and rich in vitamins and minerals. Vitamin A, vitamin C, calcium, iron, phosphorus, copper.  These things I cannot test myself, but I can definitely tell you that the taste of this plant is divine.
